This was our first commercial/advertising job we took on which was for 65 to 70 crew members. This advertising shoot was shot at Walton court, Walton-on-Thames. Throughout the day our feedback was very high as a lot of the crew were used to ‘film set food’ which they said is generally very bland and flavourless.

The crew appreciated a full English breakfast served straight from the Airstream and that they even had a healthy choice as a cold breakfast buffet. They requested the Healthy Grill menu which had great feedback about the black garlic beef, the clients couldn’t believe that it was cooked from the trailer.

For this crew size we had a rolling breakfast for a couple of hours so everyone was fed throughout the morning service. For lunchtime we did a split service so half the crew were able to eat together at 12:30 under the easy up tent, with chairs and tables provided, and then the next service was at 13:15. As we provide catering set-up for the client, it makes it a lot easier for the production team in the morning and at the end of the shoot.
