Our kitchen team make every dish fresh in-house – prepped, cooked, and on set within 5 hours.

We built the Big Sky Kitchen around our clients need to have nutritious and delicious meals on set. Our innovative menus are inspired by trends and the use of both new and heritage ingredients. We always make a conscious choice when it comes to our suppliers and the use of seasonal products to ensure that we deliver the quality of food we believe you deserve fresh produced and cooked daily. Our diverse team of experienced chefs can cater for over 250 covers at Brewery Road, as well as Omega Place and Hows Street each and every day.

Our Cafe & Bar

Head up to our 3rd floor cafe for barista-made coffees, and our delicious daily menu of breakfasts and lunches to order. With stunning skyline view, the Cafe also provides the perfect break-out space for a coffee and slice of cake or a post-shoot drink or two.
